Job Description

The Opportunity:

As the Director of Security Risk Engineering, you will serve as a key senior leader working in direct partnership with the CISO to drive, shape, and mature Flywire’s global enterprise security infrastructure and systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level security strategy and tactical engineering execution across six core domains: Application Security, AI Security, Cloud Security, Corporate Security, Security Operations (SecOps), and Red Teaming (Penetration Testing).

In partnership with the internal stakeholder organizations, you will lead the organizational shift from technical recovery to global enterprise operational resilience, managing a highly impactful program that safeguards our global payment rails while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. A solid working knowledge of all aspects of cloud-native infrastructure, software applications, AI/LLM model development, governance & validation, and automated risk mitigation is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Domain Leadership: Define, implement, and monitor a comprehensive security engineering strategy across Application Security, AI Security, Cloud Security, Corporate Security, Security Operations (SecOps/Incident Detection & Response), and Red Teaming (Penetration Testing), aligning initiatives with global business objectives and emerging financial threats.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Support the CISO to lead and manage the global security engineering organization, including hiring, training, mentoring, performance management, and budget oversight.
  • Secure Architecture & Governance: Oversee the design and continuous improvement of secure architecture for systems, cloud infrastructure, networks, and applications, ensuring strict alignment with security best practices.
  • Global Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business, Development, DevOps, Product, Program, Risk/Compliance, and IT leaders to seamlessly integrate security controls into all phases of the engineering and CI/CD lifecycle. Engage actively with external stakeholders, auditors and global regulators on related fronts.
  • Advanced Cyber Risk Efficacy: Leverage AI and automated tooling to develop proactive measures, threat intelligence capabilities, and scalable defenses against vulnerabilities across all engineering domains.
  • Adversarial / Penetration Testing: Personally adopt an attacker’s mindset to identify complex attack chains, logic flaws, and zero-day vulnerabilities within financial platforms and product architectures.
  • Incident Response & Operational Resilience: Direct and coordinate responses to critical enterprise security incidents, managing containment, forensic investigation, and rapid remediation efforts alongside SecOps.
  • Regulatory Compliance Frameworks: Maintain an information security framework that ensures continuous readiness for strict industry audits and regulatory compliance requirements globally (e.g., NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS 4.0, DORA).
  • Executive & Stakeholder Reporting: Define and maintain metrics that communicate security posture, program progress, and incident risk analysis to the CISO, senior executive leadership, and the Board.
  • Innovation & Emerging Tech: Stay ahead of global fintech trends, adopting cutting-edge technologies and methodologies—specifically regarding secure AI deployment—to continuously strengthen the organization’s security posture.

Qualifications

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Core Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in information security, IT risk management, or cyber defense roles. Must be an active technical practitioner with a proven track record of independently performing manual penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, detection/response activities, and code reviews across cloud and application infrastructures, without relying solely on automated commercial tools.
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in senior leadership or management roles specifically within a security engineering organization, managing people, cross-functional teams and complex security programs.
  • Domain Mastery: In-depth technical knowledge of security architecture, secure cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP), application security principles, and adversarial emulation (Red Teaming).

Highly Preferred Certifications

  • Core Security: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
  • Governance & Risk: CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or ISACA AAISM™ (Advanced in AI Security Management)
  • Hands-On Offensive & AI: OffSec OSAI (Offensive Security AI Red Teamer), OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), OSCE (Offensive Security Certified Expert), or SANS GXPN (GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester)

Skills and Abilities

  • Strategic & Tactical Balancer with a Commercial Mindset: Highly hands-on and technically skilled. Strong strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to and translate the CISO’s high-level vision into actionable plans and drive successful execution. Balances technical risk reduction with business enablement, ensuring security infrastructure serves as a competitive advantage that unblocks global revenue and enterprise-client acquisition.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex security risks and technical concepts to both engineering teams and executive management/the Board.
  • 2nd-Line Cyber Risk Oversight & Governance: Robust capability to operate as a strategic second-line risk leader. Proven experience defining enterprise security risk appetites, establishing governance frameworks, and executing independent control testing to validate that the first line (engineering/product teams) effectively manages cyber risk.
  • Defense-in-Depth Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of modern system security design principles, intrusion prevention, API security, and automated vulnerability management.
  • High-Pressure Decision Making: Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks, maintain cross-functional transparency, and make critical risk decisions under pressure during live security incidents.
  • Lateral Influencing / Influential Leadership: Ability to collaborate effectively as a trusted partner across the global organization, promoting a collaborative culture of continuous resilience and security awareness.

Marketing Head of Marketing at Yardzen

Head of Marketing leads the full marketing funnel including brand strategy, demand generation, content, and lifecycle marketing to drive growth and customer acquisition.

Exec Posted about 18 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Yardzen, we believe people are at their best when they’re outside.

Our mission is simple: help people complete the outdoor spaces of their dreams. We start with design and stay with the project through the build, pairing homeowners with a dedicated representative who guides cost and design tradeoffs, matches them with multiple vetted local contractors, makes sense of the estimates, and helps them confidently hire the right one. The result is a finished yard, not just a plan. Since our launch in 2018, we’ve helped tens of thousands of homeowners transform their outdoor spaces, make sustainable choices, enhance property value, and enjoy life outdoors.

We’re transforming the $200 billion outdoor renovation industry with AI, data, and technology, making design effortless and the build clear, guided, and far less daunting from first idea to finished space. Recognized as Fast Company’s Most Innovative and named to Inc. Magazine’s Best Places to Work, our work has been featured in Architectural Digest, The New York Times, Sunset Magazine, House Beautiful, The Wall Street Journal, and Forbes. And we’re just getting started.

We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to lead the next chapter of growth at Yardzen. The business is evolving from a design-first model to an integrated design-and-build offering that delivers a finished yard, not just a plan. It’s a defining product and market moment, and we need a marketing leader who sees that and runs at it. They build the strategy and treat the next 24 months as a rare opportunity.

This role reports to the CEO, sits on the leadership team and leads the marketing organization end to end. It owns the full funnel: brand, performance, content and lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive demand and conversion. Own performance across paid, organic, partnerships and referral. Hit acquisition and CAC targets while growing the funnel.

  • Lead brand strategy and execution. Define how Yardzen shows up across every customer touchpoint and protect the consistency of that voice as we scale.

  • Tell the integrated design-and-build story. Help customers understand what Yardzen is becoming and why it matters for them.

  • Partner closely with product and operations to align the customer journey end to end.

  • Own the metrics that matter. CAC, LTV, conversion at each stage, brand awareness and revenue.

  • Bring rigor to budget allocation and channel mix. Make tradeoffs based on data and tell the story to the leadership team and board.

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of consumer marketing experience, with meaningful time as a senior leader (Director or VP). B2B experience is a bonus.

  • A real full-funnel marketer. You’ve built brands and you’ve moved performance numbers. Most marketers do one well, we need someone who can do both.

  • Direct experience at a DTC or consumer services company at meaningful scale, ideally between $25M and $200M in revenue.

  • A track record of growth in a competitive consumer category. Bonus if that category was home, design, real estate or another considered purchase.

  • Strong instincts for brand and design. We’re a design-led company and our marketing leader needs to share that aesthetic standard.

  • Strategic and hands-on. You can build the plan and write the brief.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and leading through change.

  • Bay Area preferred.

What we offer:

  • Remote work, always: We’re a remote-first company
  • Full coverage for you: 100% paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Competitive compensation: Salary that matches your skills and experience
  • Support for growing families: 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave
  • Monthly perks: Wellness, cell phone, and internet stipends to keep you connected and cared for

At Yardzen, we’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunities to succeed. We are looking for people that will add to our culture, not just fit in.  So regardless of race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, origin, ability, age, or veteran status, if joining this mission speaks to you, we encourage you to apply!

If you are an individual with a disability and would like to request a reasonable accommodation as part of the application or the recruiting process, please contact us at [email protected].

Yardzen is registered as an employer in many, but not all, states. If you are not located in a state where Yardzen is registered, you will not be eligible for employment.

Finance Giga Energy: Head of Project Finance

Head of Project Finance builds and leads capital formation strategy for AI infrastructure projects, managing lender relationships and structuring multi-hundred-million-dollar financing across power and data center assets.

Exec Remote Posted about 23 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: New York, NY. Remote, USA.
URL: http://gigaenergy.com

Why join Giga

  • The Pace: We're building at a speed most companies talk about but never actually operate at. If you've been bored somewhere else, you won't be here.
  • The Impact: Every person at Giga touches the work that matters. No layers, no waiting for approval chains. You'll see your fingerprints on what we ship.
  • The Team: A team of operators defining the future of AI infrastructure. We recruit A-players from the most innovative companies in the world, and they choose Giga because the work here means more.
  • The Moment: AI doesn't run without power, and that's us. Giga is the picks and shovels behind the AI revolution. This industry is about to explode, and you'll be in the room where it's already happening.

What you’ll do

The AI infrastructure buildout is the largest capital deployment cycle since the shale boom. Hundreds of billions of dollars will flow into power and data center assets over the next decade, and the people who build the financing playbooks now will define how this entire industry gets funded. This role sits at the center of that.

As Giga’s Head of Project Finance, you will own capital formation for the company. You will build the project finance function from the ground up — the team, the lender relationships, the capital strategy, and the financing playbooks that unlock nine- and ten-figure infrastructure deployments across power generation and data center assets. You will report directly to the CFO, work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO, and sit at the table with tier-one lenders, infrastructure funds, and tax equity investors as the principal, not the advisor.

This is not a role for someone looking to run a desk inside an established framework. You are inheriting a blank page. You will define how Giga finances its pipeline, hire the team that executes it, and set the standard for how this generational buildout gets funded.

This role comes with meaningful equity in a company at the inflection point of a generational buildout. If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to step into principal ownership of capital strategy at scale, this is it.

Where you’ll work

Remote. NYC Preferred

Responsibilities

  •   Own capital formation across the portfolio — set the financing strategy for Giga’s full pipeline of power and data center assets, determining how each project gets capitalized across debt, tax equity, sponsor equity, and alternative structures.
  •   Lead the project finance function end to end — from originating lender and investor relationships, to structuring and negotiating facilities, to closing deals, to managing post-close compliance and reporting.
  •   Build and lead the team — hire, develop, and manage the project finance organization. Define the operating model, the review process, and the bar for financial rigor as the team scales from one to many.
  •   Structure and close financings at scale — negotiate non-recourse and limited-recourse debt facilities, construction financing, tax equity partnerships, back-leverage, holdco debt, and other structures with institutional lenders, infrastructure funds, and strategic partners.
  •   Serve as Giga’s principal face to the capital markets — own relationships with tier-one project finance banks, infrastructure funds, tax equity investors, and ratings agencies. Build the institutional credibility that unlocks favorable terms across the portfolio.
  •   Drive deals to close on Giga’s timelines — lead financial due diligence and lender-facing workstreams, coordinate across legal, engineering, and operations, and hold the pen on the financial narrative from term sheet through funding.
  •   Partner with the CEO and CFO on enterprise capital strategy — inform decisions on project selection, portfolio construction, capital allocation, and the corporate financing stack that sits above the project level.
  •   Represent the company to the board and investment committees — translate complex multi-layer financing structures into clear risk-return narratives for the board, external investors, and credit committees on the other side of the table.
  •   Build the internal financial infrastructure — models, templates, underwriting standards, governance, reporting cadences, and lender compliance systems that scale with deal volume as Giga grows.

Requirements

  •   10+ years in project finance, structured finance, or infrastructure finance, with a clear track record of leading deals from origination through close as the principal or lead banker — not as support.
  •   Proven record of closing large-scale non-recourse and limited-recourse debt facilities for physical infrastructure assets, including construction-phase financing, at sizes that have materially moved a portfolio.
  •   Deep experience structuring and negotiating across the full capital stack — senior debt, mezzanine, tax equity, back-leverage, and sponsor equity — with the judgment to know which structure fits which project.
  •   Demonstrated ability to build a function from scratch or rebuild one at inflection, including hiring and managing a team, setting the operating cadence, and establishing the standards.
  •   Established relationships across institutional lenders, infrastructure funds, and tax equity investors that you can activate from day one.
  •   Elite modeling fluency — you can build a project finance model from a blank spreadsheet, sculpt debt against complex cash flows, and defend every assumption in front of a credit committee. You also know when not to be the one in the model.
  •   Executive presence and narrative skill — you’re as credible in a board meeting as you are in a credit committee, and you can turn complex structures into clear risk-return stories for any audience.
  •   High agency and builder’s instinct — you are energized, not unnerved, by the prospect of writing the playbook rather than following one.

Bonus Points

  •   Direct experience financing power generation, energy, or data center infrastructure assets at scale.
  •   Deep familiarity with ITC/PTC tax credit structures and transferability provisions under the Inflation Reduction Act, including structuring transfer deals with corporate buyers.
  •   Senior background at an infrastructure-focused investment bank (Macquarie, Guggenheim, RBC, MUFG, KeyBanc) or an infrastructure fund (Stonepeak, GIP, Brookfield, IFM).
  •   Experience with equipment-level financing, sale-leaseback structures, or asset-backed lending for industrial or power assets.
  •   Experience leading a capital markets or project finance function inside an operating company, not just advising from the sell-side.
  •   MBA, CFA, or graduate degree in a quantitative field.
  •   Prior experience at a high-growth company during a scaling phase — you know what it feels like when the pace of the business outstrips the infrastructure, and you’re energized by that, not overwhelmed.

Benefits

  • Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Equity (options) in a rapidly growing startup
  • 401(k) with 4% employer match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Parental leave
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Commuter benefits
  • Monthly team onsites where all offices come in–person to collaborate

Who we hire

We hire people who thrive in chaos and get sharper under pressure. You don't wait to be told what to do, you spot the gap and fill it. When there's work to be done, you do it. You make decisions with the information you have, move fast, and adjust along the way. We're not looking for perfect; we're looking for people who get things done.

The Director, Enterprise IT Support is a people-first leadership role responsible for building, leading, and continuously improving a high-performing IT support organization. This role delivers value through team development, operational discipline, and a structured service delivery model — not as a hands-on technical expert. The Director owns the design and execution of the tiered support model (Tier 0–Tier 2) and ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery across a broad enterprise IT environment, operating in close partnership with the IT PMO, GRC, and Security teams.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  1. People Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop IT support leaders and senior engineers. Establish performance expectations, accountability structures, and career pathways. Build a culture focused on ownership, service quality, and continuous improvement.
  2. Service Delivery & Operations: Own and mature the enterprise IT service delivery model including SLAs, escalation, and performance reporting. Ensure consistent execution of incident, request, problem, and change management processes.
  3. Tiered Support Model Ownership: Design and continuously improve the Tier 0 (self-service), Tier 1 (service desk), and Tier 2 (technical escalation) model. Increase automation and self-service adoption to reduce ticket volume.
  4. Technology Operations Oversight: Provide governance-level leadership across infrastructure, endpoint, identity, ITSM platforms, M365, and business application support. This is a leadership role, not a hands-on technical position.
  5. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with IT PMO for operational readiness; align with GRC for compliance and audit adherence; coordinate with Security for incident response integration; ensure operations align with enterprise IT strategy.
  6. Vendor & Financial Management: Manage key vendor relationships and performance outcomes. Own and manage an IT operations budget of approximately $5M. Drive cost optimization and efficient resource utilization.

COMPETENCY:

People Leadership & Coaching: Primary — success is measured through team performance, not individual output

Service Delivery & ITSM Discipline: SLA ownership, incident/request/problem/change management

Strategic & Operational Thinking: Translate IT strategy into execution with measurable outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration: PMO, GRC, Security, Finance, and HR alignment

Communication & Executive Presence: Fluency with technical teams and business stakeholders

Financial & Vendor Management: Budget ownership, vendor accountability, cost optimization

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field required. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years leading IT operations, infrastructure, or support teams
  • Proven experience managing leaders or senior technical staff in a matrixed environment
  • Experience operating or improving a tiered IT support model (Tier 0–Tier 2)
  • Exposure to multi-domain IT environments: infrastructure, security, endpoint, and applications
  • Experience with ITSM platforms and vendor performance management
  • Experience managing operational budgets and performance metrics

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Fluent in English required. Additional languages beneficial for global coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong people leadership and team-building capabilities with a demonstrated track record
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional IT organization
  • Broad working knowledge of enterprise IT domains; deep subject matter expertise not required
  • Ability to translate strategy into operational execution
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, including prolonged periods at a screen.
  • Ability to travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Remote. If based near a New Era Technology office (FL, IN, NY, MA, or PA) then Hybrid may be an option. Travel to New Era Technology offices and client sites as needed. Regular interaction with cross-functional teams and vendor partners across multiple time zones.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Eastern Time. Required hours may vary based on business needs, incident response, and global coordination obligations.

TRAVEL:

Up to 10% travel may be required.

SALARY: $125,000 - $150,000 depending upon experience.

Operations VP, Revenue Operations at NetBrain Technologies Inc.

VP builds revenue operations systems, analytics, and processes across sales, marketing, customer success, and partners to drive GTM productivity and organizational scaling.

Exec Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Founded in 2004, NetBrain is the leader in no-code network automation. Its ground-breaking Next-Gen platform provides IT operations teams with the ability to scale their hybrid multi-cloud connected networks by automating the processes associated with Diagnostic Troubleshooting, Outage Prevention and Protected Change Management.  Today, over 2,500 of the world’s largest enterprises and managed services providers leverage NetBrain’s platform.

What We Need

NetBrain is looking for a VP of Revenue Operations to serve as the chief operator of our go-to-market engine. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this role is not a supporting function; it is a seat at the revenue leadership table. The right person has operated a GTM org at scale, knows what a world-class revenue operations function looks like, and is ready to build one here across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners.

The Impact You’ll Make

You will build the systems, analytics, and processes that accelerate seller productivity, protect gross retention, and give leadership the visibility to make confident GTM decisions. Longer term, you will shape how NetBrain scales—through incentive design that drives the right behaviors, enablement programs that compress ramp time, and a program office that keeps the company’s top strategic priorities moving.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the revenue operating model — Drive the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and weekly cadence across the full GTM organization. Establish the single source of truth on revenue performance, pipeline health, and GTM productivity for the CRO and Board.
  • Lead Revenue Strategy, Data & Analytics — Own AOP, quota-setting, capacity modeling, and territory design. Build and leverage revenue data science capabilities—propensity-to-close models, churn prediction, expansion analytics—to inform every major GTM decision. This is the most strategically critical pillar.
  • Run Business Operations across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partners — Provide embedded ops support to every GTM segment: MEDDPICC hygiene and deal inspection with Sales, MarTech and pipeline attribution with Marketing, health scoring and renewal forecasting with Customer Success, and deal registration and MDF governance with channel partners.
  • Govern GTM Systems & Tools — Own the full revenue tech stack—Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Outreach, Highspot, CPQ, PRM, Gainsight—and the automation and AI capabilities built on top of it. Treat GTM infrastructure like a product.
  • Drive Revenue Enablement — Ensure every seller, SE, and CSM reaches productivity in under 180 days. Own MEDDPICC and Command of the Message programs, PoC methodology, partner readiness, content strategy, and coaching through conversation intelligence.
  • Run Deal Desk, Pricing & Contracts — Price with discipline, quote without friction, and close without surprises. Own deal structuring, discounting guardrails, CPQ/quote-to-cash, CLM, and renewal commercials in partnership with Finance and Legal.
  • Design compensation and lead the GTM PMO — Build incentive plans that drive the right behaviors, administer them cleanly, and resolve disputes with authority. Run the GTM program office—managing the company’s top cross-functional initiatives from decision to execution. This is a critical pillar.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership at a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company, with meaningful time as a senior operator—not just a functional contributor.
  • Experience running a GTM operations function at scale; you have operated a go-to-market org with real revenue complexity, not just supported one.
  • Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, AOP, quota-setting, and territory design—ideally having led an organization through a transition off manual or spreadsheet-based processes.
  • Comfort leading across multiple GTM Ops disciplines simultaneously; this role spans six pillars and requires breadth, not just depth in one area.
  • Direct experience with compensation plan design and administration, including incentive structure, crediting rules, dispute resolution, and comp system ops (Xactly, CaptivateIQ, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and data fluency—able to build revenue models, interpret pipeline data, and lead a data science and analytics function.
  • Familiarity with the modern revenue tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, Clari or equivalent, Outreach, CPQ, Gainsight, Highspot or Seismic, Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Excellent cross-functional influence—able to drive change through Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Legal without relying solely on direct authority.
  • Command of the Message (CoM) certification or deep familiarity with value-based selling frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience building a GTM engineering or revenue automation capability and/or exposure to channel/partner operations (PRM, MDF, co-sell) are additional pluses.
  • Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.
  • Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.

What We Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.

For this role, the estimated base is $210,000 - $255,000 + Bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The range listed above is a guideline and may be modified. People Experience offers a comprehensive benefits package in addition to cash compensation that includes but is not limited to 401k and medical/dental coverage. Speak with your Recruiter for more details on our Total Rewards philosophy.

Product Sr. Director, Pricing & Packaging at Smartsheet

Sr. Director leads global pricing strategy and monetization transformation, designing consumption and value-based models while driving cross-functional alignment across product, sales, and finance.

Exec Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has helped people and teams achieve–well, anything. From seamless work management to smart, scalable solutions, we’ve always worked with flow. We’re building tools that empower teams to automate the manual, uncover insights, and scale smarter. But more than that, we’re creating space– space to think big, take action, and unlock the kind of work that truly matters. Because when challenge meets purpose, and passion turns into progress, that’s magic at work, and it’s what we show up for everyday.

Own end-to-end pricing & packaging for Smartsheet’s global product portfolio, leading a major commercial transformation from traditional seat-based licensing to modern consumption‑ and value‑based monetization, with AI as a core value driver. This is a highly visible, hands‑on operator role that turns strategy into execution and builds a scalable, data‑driven pricing engine.

You will report to the VP of Product Management located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.

You Will:

Strategy & leadership

  • Own global pricing & packaging strategy across products, segments, and geographies, tightly linked to revenue growth, NRR, and competitive positioning.
  • Translate current pricing strategy work into an executable monetization roadmap, including sequencing of changes and risk management.
  • Lead cross‑functional alignment across Product, Sales, Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, and Marketing; run a regular pricing governance forum with executive stakeholders.
  • Act as the senior “voice of pricing” with the executive team, providing clear recommendations and trade‑off frameworks.

Pricing model innovation (consumption & AI)

  • Design and implement consumption and value‑based pricing models for the core platform and new AI‑driven capabilities (e.g., metered usage, credits, feature entitlements).
  • Define value metrics and units of consumption that align to customer outcomes and usage patterns, while keeping constructs simple and understandable.
  • Build hybrid models that balance PLG / self‑serve and enterprise sales motions (tiers plus usage add‑ons, overage models, expansion paths).
  • Continuously evolve packaging (tiers, bundles, add‑ons) to drive adoption of AI features and expansion into new segments and use cases.

Customer‑centric design

  • Ensure all pricing and packaging changes are designed with customer experience at the centre: transparency, predictability, and administrative simplicity.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to capture field feedback, understand edge cases, and refine policies based on real‑world usage.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create clear external narratives and collateral that explain value, pricing, and upgrade paths in simple, customer‑friendly language.

Execution & governance

  • Convert strategy into executable pricing changes: detailed designs, policies, playbooks, rollout plans, and internal tooling requirements.
  • Establish and run a robust pricing governance process: decision rights, approval thresholds, exception handling, and global consistency.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering to embed pricing and packaging into product design (entitlements, limits, metering, upgrade triggers) and ensure customers have robust tools to manage licenses and usage.
  • Work with RevOps and Sales to operationalize discounting frameworks, deal guidelines, and renewals / expansion motions; ensure strong field enablement and change management.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance on contract structures, terms, and revenue recognition implications of new models.

Analytics, research & experimentation

  • Build an analytics capability around pricing: define and track key metrics (ARR, NRR, ARPU, attach rates, churn, price realization, discount levels, migration performance).
  • Lead structured customer and market research, including willingness‑to‑pay studies, segmentation analyses, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Design and run experiments and pilots (A/B tests, regional rollouts, cohort migrations) to validate price levels, packaging structures, and value metrics before global deployment.
  • Partner with Data Science / BI to model revenue and margin impact of proposed changes; stress‑test scenarios and downside risks, and establish clear “go / no‑go” criteria.

Team leadership & collaboration

  • Lead and coordinate a small, high performing team (currently ~3 FTE) without direct reports initially, while upgrading capabilities in analytics, operations, and experimentation.
  • Coach and develop team members, including managing transition and knowledge transfer from current resources; ensure continuity while raising the bar.
  • Foster a high‑trust, low‑ego, highly collaborative culture, consistent with Smartsheet’s flat organizational model.

You Have:

  • 10–15+ years in B2B SaaS / cloud, with at least 5+ years in a dedicated pricing, monetization, or commercial strategy leadership role (e.g., Senior Director / VP Pricing & Packaging, Monetization, Commercial Strategy).
  • Proven end‑to‑end ownership of at least one major pricing transformation at scale (preferably $500M+ ARR), including a shift toward consumption or usage‑based models (experience in high‑usage platform environments ideal).
  • Deep experience in multi‑product, multi‑segment SaaS environments where packaging, bundling, and upgrade paths are core growth levers.
  • Demonstrated ability to go beyond strategy: has personally driven implementation through Product/Engineering, Sales, Finance, and RevOps – including tooling, metering, policies, and change management.
  • Strong pricing analytics toolkit: able to lead WTP research, build and challenge financial models, and run experiments tied to clear revenue and margin hypotheses.
  • Excellent executive communication skills; comfortable working with C‑level stakeholders and operating with high visibility.

Nice‑to‑have

  • Experience in work management, collaboration, productivity, analytics, or adjacent SaaS categories, ideally with AI‑enhanced products.
  • Exposure to private‑equity‑backed environments and value‑creation programs.
  • Prior responsibility for both pricing and packaging in PLG + enterprise “hybrid GTM” contexts.
  • Global experience (US + EMEA / APAC) with an understanding of regional pricing nuances.
