As a Manager, Growth Renewals you will own a strategic book of business while building and developing a team of sales professionals. Success in this role requires the ability to execute an effective team strategy, drive accurate forecasts, deliver strong business results, and maintain strategic focus on three core pillars: securing contract renewals, identifying and capturing cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and proactive risk management to minimize churn.

What will you do?

Primary responsibilities include :

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and achieve renewal and expansion business objectives
  • Own a strategic book of opportunities and ensure the team manages their portfolio effectively to maximize bookings, minimize churn, and drive customer success
  • Drive revenue expansion through targeted upsell and cross-sell strategies, ensuring team members identify and execute expansion opportunities with existing customers
  • Proactively manage risk by identifying at-risk accounts and implementing retention strategies

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5+ years of direct renewals sales experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity, with at least 2+ years in a management or leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of exceeding individual and team sales goals, with demonstrated success driving both renewals and expansion revenue
  • Strong experience managing and coaching sales teams, with the ability to identify talent, develop people, and drive accountability
  • Expertise in indirect 2-tier go-to-market models including channel partners, managed service providers, and distributors

This U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that will vary based on the location of the candidate. The range posted here is the on-target earnings (OTE) for this position, inclusive of base salary and commissions. The prospecting infrastructure is strong: 6Sense for intent, Cognism for European data, Clay for enrichment going live mid-year. You will be expected to drive pipeline beyond what the SDR team generates, but you are not starting from zero.

What the role requires:

  • Solid enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing deals in the £50k to £200k ARR range

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively self-generate mortgage leads through networking, prospecting, and relationship development.
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong network of realtors, builders, and other referral sources to drive new purchase business.
  • Guide borrowers through every step of the loan process with professionalism and clear communication.
  • Analyze borrower credit, income, and assets to recommend appropriate loan products.
  • Collaborate closely with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure timely and compliant loan closings.
  • Stay current on mortgage products, lending guidelines, and market trends.
  • Represent the company at community and industry events to expand visibility and grow your referral network.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
  • Active NMLS license and all required state licensing.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent loan origination experience in a purchase-driven, self-sourced environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships that consistently generate funded volume.
  • Strong understanding of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo products.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in loan origination systems (e.g., Byte, Encompass, or similar) and standard business software.
  • Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial — thrives working independently, managing daily activities, and driving results without direct supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated, high-potential candidates.
